2019

A short, twenty-minute presentation of photos and memorabilia of my dad’s war years as a rifleman in the 34th Red Bull Division will be provided. Come herald in the new birth of Waltz with Destiny with me and find out why Dad’s company’s logo “To the Last Man” became such an instrumental part of this final chapter of this epic series!Type your paragraph here.

Research for my next book "Where Destiny Awaits" led me to Maryville, Tennessee to learn more about Isaac Anderson, the founder of Maryville College. Security Officer Yosef Addis was kind enough to show me around the college. He also picked up a signed copy of Wilted Dandelions as a gift for his wife.

We had a GREAT TIME at the Addison Township Library for my Wilted Dandelions Release Party. Cake was everywhere and nearly everyone in attendance purchased an autographed copy of my book. It was such a success, The library will be hosting another book signing in September of this year.    Stand By for the exact date and time.

And, yes there will be cake for everyone to enjoy

Northbranch July 4th  - Hosted by Daniel Orr Museum

With the 30 minute video presentation following the trail where Rachael and Jonathan traveled in her book Wilted Dandelions, many onlookers and book readers joined in on the discussion. Many walked out with a freshly signed copy for their enjoyment.

Overall, this was the first time Catherine tried to include a slideshow presentation, which was extremely successful. This will be a part of future presentations when available.

Catherine had about a dozen Wilted Dandelion Books with the new sticker on front showing that it has won the 2016 Small Publishers book of the year award. When it was over, not only did Catherine learn much from the speakers, she found new friends and grew her friendship greatly with her editor Deborah Butterfield.

Saturday, July 18 - Leonard's Strawberry Festival

What a terrific time everyone had!

H.T. owner Twila Shreves was fantastic. Not to mention her manager Stephanie.

Books that were on the shelves were vanishing almost immediately after Catherine set up the table.

Twila had signage in the front window letting everyone know that Catherine would be doing signings and that little bit of advertising really paid off (well Facebook didn't hurt).

Hidden Treasures has so much to offer, it is really worth visiting. Altoona is a great city and Hidden Treasures is a jewel in the middle.

Catherine met and established many new friends.
